After 3 days i have increased my static 43 seconds to swimming underwater for 1 minute 32 seconds...happy :)

Local swimming pool

Favourite freediving spots:
I did snorkeling in the Dominican Republic before i new about free-diving.....that was beautiful

Best freediving experience:
after 3 days the best experience is when i surface and ive beaten my time :)
